Suicide is a leading cause of death among youth today, who are subjected to pressure from a variety of directions. This event will focus on helping attendees increase awareness of and confidence in dealing with mental health and suicidal crisis in youth. All are welcome to attend!

Attendees will learn:

• Valuable information on the nature of mental health and suicide crisis

• Awareness of the signs of mental health and suicidal crisis

• Tools to approach a loved one or friend who may be in a crisis

• Resources that are available to help
