The Arts in the Park event attracts a large number of families from the community and surrounding areas.
Vendor Entry must be received and paid for by June 25, 2026 in order to be a Vendor.
👉 Stewartville Area Chamber Business: $25 + processing fee
👉 Non-Stewartville Area Chamber Business: $40 + processing fee
This is a well-attended outdoor event and will be held rain or shine. If you are interested in having an activity or entertainment space, please complete and return this form along with the registration fee by June 25th to:

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Entertainment/activity station non-profit organizations are required to provide all supplies, equipment, etc. Electricity is not available. Organizations will be set up in an area that is approved by the chairperson of the event or a Stewartville Area Chamber of Commerce employee. A meeting at Bear Cave Park may be necessary to plan the set-up of your activity. Please plan accordingly.
Entertainment, games, demonstrations, activities, and food vendors will be available in the park throughout the day.
